Mexi-Dip

   Layer the following ingredients on a LARGE plate:

   2 cans refried beans - spread evenly over the plate
   2 cans chopped green chilies
   1 head lettuce - chopped fine
   2 tomatoes - diced fine
   1 onion - chopped fine
   1 can black olive slices
   1 jar banana peppers
   1 pkg shredded cheese
   1 container of guacamole spread around
   the outside of the plate
   Top with 1 large container of sour cream
   in the middle of dip
   1 large jar of picante sauce around
   the sour cream.
  
Ham Balls

   List Of Ingredients:

   3 cups Bisquick Original mix
   1-1/2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
   2/3 cup Milk
   4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz)
   1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
   2 tblsp parsley flakes
   2 tsp prepared spicy mustard

   Instructions:
   Heat oven to 350, grease 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch pan.
   Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
   Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
   Place about 2 inches apart in pan.
   Bake 20 – 25 minutes or until brown.
   Remove immediately from pan and serve warm.
   About 7 dozen.

  
Beefy Cheese Dip

   List of Ingredients:

   1 lb ground beef
   1 lb Velveeta cheese (cubed)
   1 jar (8 oz) Picante sauce

   Instructions:
   Brown meat and drain well.
   Melt cheese, add picante.
  Add cheese mixture to meat.
   Keep warm in crock pot.
  
Dip for Fruit Tray

   List of Ingredients

   1 Jar Marshmallow Creme
   1 8 oz block Cream Cheese
  
   Instructions:
   Blend together until smooth

  
Sandy C's Jalapeno Hot Sauce

   List of Ingredients:

   Equal parts vinegar and honey
   1 1/2 - 2 cups (can be adjusted if you want more juice)
   1 lb. jalapenos - sliced and seeded (more seeds - hotter)

  Instructions:
   Bring vinegar and honey to boil.
   Add peppers and boil until they turn dark green color.

  LET MIXTURE COOL COMPLETELY

   Pour into blender and puree
   Can be frozen
   Use on Mex dishes - meat loaf, whatever
  
Mexican Pinwheels

   List of Ingredients
   8 oz. Cream cheese
   8 oz grated cheddar
   8 oz sour cream
   1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
   1 can (4 oz) chopped black olives
   1 pkg large flour tortillas (12 inch)
   Garlic to taste

   Instructions:
   Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
   Spread the mixture thinly on each tort
   and roll up. Place in an airtight container
   and refrigerate overnight.
   Slice and serve. Serve with picante for dipping.
