Planned Meals and Activities for the Flaminmgle:

Tue - 29 Dec
6 PM - Hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixins provided.

Wed - 30 Dec
9 AM - Pot luck breakfast

5:30 PM - Dinner at Davy Crockett Grill

Thu - 31 Dec
9 AM - pancakes and sausage

5:30 PM - Soup & Sandwiches Pot luck dinner

7 PM - Fireworks on the dam
We will use up those left over from the 4th of July
with very little prep required.

After the Fireworks - NYE party in Sunshine Inn

We will be sharing the hall with other groups.
We will decorate our area and bring snacks and beverages for the evening.
We will set up our PA system and play C & W and Oldies until
Auld Lang Syne at midnight.

Fri - 1 Jan
8 AM - Pastries

5:30 PM - Ham and Black eyed peas provided - bring sides

Games of choice in the hall every day.
